With my beloved sister @Andrea, I was also in Soultzmatt this spring to experience the unique bloom of the Pasqueflower.

The detailed and excellent description of the tour (🔝🔝🔝) can be found in Andrea's tour documentation, in her comment:

My dear brother G. asked me mid-last week if I fancied a joint hike to the Pasqueflowers in Alsace. And did I fancy it... that question is actually superfluous.

A huge thank you to Claudia! Without her tour to see the pasque flowers, I wouldn't have been able to do this wonderful hike! I combined her tour with the one I'd been planning for ages from the old blog rainerundclaudia.de/artikel/zur-kuchenschellen-blute-ins-elsass. The starting point is in Westhalten, where there are a few parking spaces along the road. We quickly reach …

Up the mountain – down the mountain – three times! Not really my style, but today Barbara's tour went quite well anyway. First, up to the Zinnköpfle to a sea of violets and pasque flowers, their beautifully fluffy petals and entire meadows full of them! Then down to Sulzmatt and up the other side to the Grossfels with a very …

Today, Easter Saturday, we set off in glorious sunshine from Rouffach Westhalten in Alsace.

Many thanks to @Barbara & 🐾 for this incredibly beautiful tour – we simply had to follow it ;))
An absolute highlight for nature lovers! Small, picturesque, tranquil wine-growing villages, vineyards as far as the eye can see, bright green, sprouting deciduous forests – especially beautiful …
