Note that whilst this is not a long walk, it is does have a long steep climb from the first lake up to Petit Chamossaire, which is quite tough and unrelenting. The other note I would make is that the ridge walk between Petit Chamossaire and Chamossaire has steep drops either side and is not for the faint hearted. It's …
