Dargysdorp is mentioned for the first time in 1375 in the land register of Emperor Charles IV. With a short break of a few years, the place has been owned by the von Holzendorf family for over four hundred years. The Thirty Years' War also leaves its mark in Dargersdorf: A Landreiterbericht from 1687 informs that no farmer is resident in the village, only two Kossäten miserably their existence. The church and the seashore are described as desolate. The field mark is only released to one third of the wild growth again. The church, described as desolate, was repaired at the beginning of the 18th century, but destroyed by a fire in 1724. The completion of the rebuilding of a modest half-timbered church with pitched roof is probably completed in 1749, of which the year reported in the weathervane. A bell in the church tower was cast in 1741.
