"Hiking in the Vechta district" is a relatively new brochure with 30 hikes in the Vechta district (see also landkreis-vechta.de/bildung-und-freizeit/tourismus/wandern-im-landkreis-vechta.html
This hike is included, but the route is about 50% asphalted, and the proximity to the A1 means that it is noisy enough when hiking. The printed brochure is available from the tourist information offices in Vechta and Damme.
