The Vabindaweg is a very nice and easy hike. Recommended in every season. The path is very well described. 57 d or Vabindaweg. GPS doesn't always work. Parking lot at the lazy hotel.

Friedersbach round via the Vabinderweg. A beautiful hike about 15km long, very varied but not steep and easy to walk on. Part gravel road, some road and mostly forest paths. After the long march, stopping at the Faulenzerhotel was a blessing. Very good food

At the end of our evening hike we went on another day hike and this time I chose the Ottensteiner reservoir. Namely the west side with the valley of the Purzelkamp and the Sprögnitzbach. The end was the Lichtenfels ruins and then a meal in the Hettegger golf restaurant (highly recommended).

Lots of fog at the Ottenstein reservoir. Once again along the Purzelkamp to the bridge under the Neumühlberg and further to Siebenwirth. The footbridge over the Sprögnitzbach was repaired, only the railing is still missing (and will probably be missing for a while). We took the hiking trail back to the car park.
