Departure via asphalt and gravel road, which otherwise may only be used by the locals to drive up to the Marbachegg.
Fast alternative to the trail if it is closed.

Some interesting geological outcrops on the way down, in the valley below with a small detour (on the right hand side) you can reach the Lourdes grotto.
