Point Atkinson Lighthouse was built in 1914 on granite cliffs that jut out into the Burrard Inlet in West Vancouver, Canada. The reinforced concrete structure replaces an earlier wooden structure dating back to 1875. At the time, the concrete structure was considered innovative in lighthouse design.
