An impressive complex of a former barracks complex. In broker and investor talk, you would probably say: A place just waiting to be kissed awake from its Sleeping Beauty sleep. Unfortunately, the place seems to be heavily contaminated with all sorts of combat technology. A detour here and a view from the road on the secured terrain is worthwhile, however.

The barracks have been "lost places" for 30 years, but that's about to change! Seven barracks buildings, built between 1903 and 1909, with approximately 10,000 square meters of usable space, are to be gradually renovated and converted into residential and commercial buildings.
