Apart from the parking situation, the Fürenalp valley station takes you 600 metres above sea level, hanging freely over the Fürenwand up to the Alp... and all for 14 francs, you can't complain. 😉

The parking spaces outside on the street are free. Simply drive in at the barrier. Parking costs 5 CHF for 24 hours. If you use the train you get a chip and then parking is free.
