Following a stretch of the old Letterkenny to Burtonport railway line, the Muckish Railway Walk is a 9.4-kilometre (5.8 mi) linear trail. It's well paved, making it suitable for strollers and wheelchairs. It provides exceptional views towards the flat-topped bulk of Muckish, the northernmost of the famous Seven Sisters of the Derryveagh Mountains.
