The Electoral Palace was the residence of the Archbishops and Prince-Bishops of Trier in the 17th and 18th centuries, who ruled the Electorate of Trier as Prince-Electors. The Renaissance and Rococo building impresses with its beautiful architecture and the magnificent palace gardens.
