The trail up to the bluffs is short but quite steep. Still, if you have good balance you should have no trouble in dry conditions. There are a half dozen lookout points over the valley that reward you efforts even if you only make it partway up the trail.
You can find a few tree house huts/lookouts constructed by a local man along the trail.
