The centuries-old cherry tree of Vergo Zoccorino, in Besana in Brianza (MB), is a monumental wild Prunus avium, considered among the largest in Italy. With an estimated age between 150 and 200 years, it reaches a height of 20-24 meters and offers a spectacular white bloom between late March and April, attracting numerous visitors to the Valle del Lambro park.
