The Agios Nikolaos Church (Greek: Ιερός Ναός Αγίου Νικολάου) in Patras is an important religious and historical landmark of the city and is located at the foot of the famous Agios Nikolaos stairs.
A church on this site can be traced back to the 14th century. The original building was destroyed in 1811 when a gunpowder magazine in the nearby Patras Castle exploded. The current church building was erected in 1885.

The building is built in the Byzantine style and houses valuable icons, some of which date back to the Byzantine era.
Immediately next to the main church, there is a small chapel dedicated to Saint Paisios of Mount Athos.
