it transports people, bicycles, handcarts, mopeds and pets
connects Schellsitz with Naumburg but primarily with the restaurant / excursion bar "Alter Felsenkeller"
the ferry service was restored in 1992 by the city of Naumburg after the connection had been closed for seventeen years
