This 6.5 km loop offers a peaceful walk through the heart of Selkirk Road Public Forest, moving between spruce stands, riparian sections, and mature hemlock groves. Boardwalks take you across wet areas, while narrow woodland paths create a classic inland-PEI feel — quiet, shaded, and softly textured underfoot. The trail is designated for walking only, making it a gentle, unhurried route with good opportunities for birdlife and forest scenery. It’s one of the better spots in the region for a full woodland loop away from the coast.
