Hiking
The sculpture at the roundabout in front of the former train station commemorates the historic signal box of the old Attendorn station. The installation, initiated by Marlies Backhaus and Dr. Ina Kirchhoff, consists of original metal parts salvaged from the former signal box cellar. The faithful reconstruction of these elements creates a technical monument that recalls the city's industrial and railway history.
