Hiking
The statue was made in 1788 by the sculptor Julian San Martin. It has stood in the Taconera garden since 1927.
The statue depicts a young woman, dressed in an elegant robe, holding a shield representing the sun and touching with her other hand the head of a child holding a dove in its hands. At the feet of the young woman lies a cornucopia, and fruits spill from its openings.
It is an allegorical representation with the cornucopia of abundance, whose iconography dates back to the eighteenth century.
