Road cycling
This side of Harris is as picturesque as the western side of the island. It offers deep fjords and fjells in a more hilly terrain compared to the flat beaches on the other side. I felt it is more quite, traffic wise, and offers more flora and fauna. There is no busline or grocery shopping available but a good chance to talk to locals. Tarmac is very good.
