At the beginning of the 19th century, the locations and the complex cloth production - weaving, dyeing, processing - were significantly expanded.
The former factory building of the cloth factory, the office buildings I + II and the wool warehouse including the property (3,600 sqm) on Mühlenstraße were built around 1843 as a "machine contracting company", operated as such until 1892 and then produced until 1945.
