The church of Santa Margherita has very ancient origins. On the right side, some terracotta elements outline a segmental arch that was later bricked up, indicating that the arch was once part of the roof of a much older building.
The church dates back to the 15th century but has undergone several restorations and expansions. The last structural interventions date back to 1977.
The wooden altar dates back to the early 17th century and houses an altarpiece depicting Saint Margaret between Saints Roch and Sebastian, a work by Pomponio Amalteo.
