Part of the route follows the yellow trail. The descent from Waligóra is steep, requiring fitness. Part of the route runs through wild places, caution and appropriate clothing are required. The wild part is not recommended for people in shorts and short-sleeved shirts. But if you want to escape the crowds, feel a bit of solitude, I recommend it.
