Mountain biking
The spillway branches off from the Tombe Morte water complex with the aim of lightening the water flow of the Canale Vacchelli by discharging the excess into the Oglio river.
Already in 1886, during the construction of the Vacchelli canal, a discharge canal was planned, but opposition from the people of Brescia led to the abandonment of the work.
Only in 1981 was the last section completed and inaugurated. In 2001, a small hydroelectric plant was also built.
