Hiking
It was originally called Panagia Kaniosi (or Kanesi). It received its current name in the 16th century from the priest and notary Stephen Pikridis, who worked there from 1542 to 1590.
In the courtyard stands an ancient Doric marble column, which was found during excavations in the foundation. During Venetian rule, it served as a holder for a lantern for street lighting.
