Since 1980, the town of Lübz has had a planetarium open not only to schools in the region, but also to vacationers and anyone interested.
No matter the weather: Thanks to projection technology from Carl Zeiss Jena, you can observe the day and night sky and track the position of the sun, moon, and planets. Around 5,000 stars can be projected onto the planetarium dome, which has a diameter of eight meters.
