    Road cycling

This challenging climb takes you through the majestic Kings Canyon area, starting on Hwy 180 and continuing to Hwy 198. Along the way, you’ll reach the famous “ride through tree” on Whitaker Forest Road, a short 1.2-mile dirt section with a 7.6% grade that adds an adventurous touch to the ascent. As you push onward, the road flattens near a stunning grove of towering Sequoia trees, rewarding your effort with breathtaking views of these ancient giants.
