Hiking
The Mosque of the Andalusians is a small but significant Islamic temple located in the historic center of Córdoba, specifically at Calleja de la Hoguera No. 3, very close to the Mosque-Cathedral.
It was built in the 11th century, during the rule of the Banu Jahwar of Córdoba, during the height of the Andalusian period.
Between 1994 and 2001, it shared a building with the Averroes International Islamic University of Al-Andalus, managed by the Islamic Jama'a of Al-Andalus.
After a period of closure, it was reopened in 2007 as a place of Islamic worship, following a restoration.
