Mountain biking
This section is only a small part of the very beautiful raft ditch path. The path is consistently easy to ride and extends from Bad Schlema to Albernau. From there you have access to the bike path to Blauenthal and can take the climb to Auersberg in attack.

Mountain biking
Highly recommended on warm days as an alternative to the cycle path to Aue.
