Elche Palm Grove: This is the largest palm grove in Europe and one of the largest in the world, with more than 200,000 palm trees. It was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2000.
Basilica of Santa María: This impressive Baroque building is the setting for the Mystery of Elche, a sacred theatrical performance held annually in August and also declared a World Heritage Site.
