Beautiful bike path on the canal. Around the lock there are several beer gardens and restaurants.

The Eichhorst lock is located in the middle of the village of the same name. Surrounded by numerous restaurants, the lock is a magnet for visitors to the region south of the Werbellinsee. The lock, together with the lock in Rosenbeck, make it possible to overcome the gradient between the Werbellinsee and the Oder-Havel Canal.

A technically advanced system. Boaters must navigate this system alone. The system is monitored by video surveillance by the WSV.
