The geometric garden area, surrounded by hornbeam hedges, is dominated by a large water basin with the gilded figure group "Flora and Putti". The fountain, operated solely by the pressure of the natural gradient, can rise up to 22 m. Due to the hot summer of 2026, water for the fountains and water features in Linderhof Palace Park is unfortunately currently scarce. Currently, the fountain in front of the palace is not running, but the other water features are in operation.
