Several historical boundary stones can be discovered on the tour “Around the Rommelsberg” on the western flank of the mountain near Lichtenhagen. They all bear the year 1818. Towards the mountain I deciphered HR, which could stand for Hessen-Rotenburg, and towards Breitenbach it could be LF for Lichtenhagener Forst? The white wooden signs next to them are unlabeled. More information is welcome.
