The Wall of Roberto
On the island of La Palma, the legend of the Wall of Roberto (La Pared de Roberto) is told.
Roberto, a young man from La Palma, was so in love with a girl from Los Llanos that he ran from Garafía to Los Llanos as often as he could.
For his love, he crossed valleys, obstacles, forests and rocky outcrops. He ran with his heart filled with love and no path seemed too rocky or too long for him.
