Religious building dedicated to the patroness of the city of Teramo. It is just outside the walls of the historic city centre, near Porta Reale (commonly known as Porta Madonna) and the Ivan Graziani park.

The Santuario della Madonna delle Grazie is one of the most beloved religious buildings in the Italian city of Teramo. This sanctuary is dedicated to the city's patron saint.
