The name "Zur Schönen Aussicht" probably goes back to an estate of the same name, which was located in Benrath and was to be auctioned "in the business of W. Richarz in Eller on November 8, 1865 with 65 acres of land". Estimated value: 13,719 thalers, the equivalent of 230,000 euros based on today's purchasing power*. At least that's what the Allgemeine Zeitung Munich announced on August 25, 1865.
