The actual historic center of Savigliano is a vaguely elliptical ring, with several alleys branching off inwards, many of which lead to beautiful churches. The ring is full of elements of interest, especially churches of various periods. The abbey church of San Pietro stands out, with a spectacular facade. The road is one-way, and if you travel along it in the direction of travel you can miss some of the churches, which face in the opposite direction: be careful, and perhaps go around in the wrong direction with a push bike, like good pedestrians.
