Hiking
Both together form a mountain ridge between Bavaria and Bohemia. The border between Bavaria in Germany and Bohemia in the Czech Republic runs along the ridge.
On the wide, open, rounded summit there is a meadow and a small rocky ridge with a summit cross and a good view across to the Grosser Arber and the Kaitersberg and down to the Lamer Winkel.
