The late medieval homestead "Impdehof" grew into a country estate in 1768.
At the beginning of the 19th century, the domain came into the possession of the Brussels t'Kint family (who also owned and still owns the farm a little further down the Drijpikkelstraat), who provided mayors for the municipality of Wolvertem.
The Imdenhof was destroyed by fire during the battle of Imde (24 August 1914).
It was rebuilt in 1923-1924 in Flemish Renaissance style.
