The artist Ines Nickchen came up with this lying showcase to sit on. The glitter and the transparency have always been the most fascinating things about the material glass. In the showcase is a landscape made of glass instead of stones and earth. A small, matt white pane of glass is a reminder that the Romans also had such panes. The glass landscape, on the other hand, consists of Dallglas (cast glass). Like the other colored glass on the waldGLASweg, it comes from the famous Lamberts glassworks in Waldsassen, which still produces glass using the old methods.
