Mountain biking
You can definitely ride the route in both directions, but it's really fun going downhill. The descent really has everything, it's very steep in places, has sections with a lot of loose rock, fallen trees keep blocking the way, there are roots galore and towards the end there are a few nice bends. So everything your heart desires :)
