The date of construction of the first church in Łoźnica is unknown. In 1772, a new half-timbered temple was built on the site of the old church, which has survived to this day. Its founder was Bogusław Henning von Köller, who came from this land. A tomb was built for him in the church. Around the mid-19th century, a tomb chapel was added to the church, which currently serves as a sacristy. Adjacent to the sacristy is a modern, stylish annex, which originally served as a catechetical room.
