This picnic table is located on the terraces and overlooks the valley with the highway and the slightly higher iron sand quarry with the Wine Wall immediately behind it (western end). It's at the top of some stairs on a somewhat platform-like area. Downside: the noise of the highway, but you also have that at the picnic bench near the eastern end of the Wine Wall.
