The sweet cider factory in Lütau, Katthof 4, processes apples from the region in particular, which can be delivered at the beginning of September and October. There is also a farm shop there, open all year round, where the various fruit juices are offered.

The Lütauer Mosterei has been juicing fruit from the surrounding area since 1955.
Since 1984, Bernd Velke and his partner Axel Otolski have been marketing their gently
pressed direct juices under the name Lütauer.
Apple juice makes up the largest part of the processed fruit volume of around 1000 tons
per year and organic juices make up around 10% of that.
The regional employer employs a team of 12 people and has established itself in the highly competitive market of beverage manufacturers with high-quality juices at attractive prices.

With a lot of love for the best fruit, we spend our everyday lives building pipes, pumping juice and cleaning. Some things are automated, but most things are still done by head and hand - and that's a good thing.
