Three display boards provide information about nature on this educational trail, which begins right at the front door in Apenburg. The board “The 13 species of owls in Europe in their original size” is new. Since November 2022, it has been adding to the boards “The Tasks of Hunting” and “Wild Species – Small Game”. The project of the Apenburg hunting cooperative is financed with the accumulated but not collected mini-hunting lease amounts from owners of forest fragments.
