Hiking
It is to Gabriel de Limoges that we owe the Allée des Limousins. The latter crosses the Eawy forest for 14 km from Maucomble to Muchedent.
According to the archives of the National Forestry Office, it took its name from the Sapeurs de l'Empire, originally from Limousin. They would have pierced the alley around 1811 on the occasion of the planting of the Garden of the King of Rome at Ventes-Saint-Rémy in honor of the son of Napoleon I.
