Minpu #3 Bridge was opened in 2020 and connects Minhang District with the Fengxian District, crossing the Huangpu River.
The bridge offers a bike/foot path underneath the main carriageway. The ramp up to the bridge is off limits for bikes, the path is accessible via elevators at either end of the bridge and in both directions.

Minpu #3 Bridge allows for pedestrian and cyclist crossing on a nice foot/bike path located underneath the main carriageway. The foot/bike path is only accessible via elevators located at both ends of the bridge and in both directions. To access the elevators you have to continue riding alongside the ramp at ground level until reachting the riverside.
