The Trail 365 loop in North Ogden offers a wonderfully accessible and scenic hike, perfect for a quick escape into nature. This easy 2.6-mile (4.3 km) route features a gentle 244 feet (74 metres) of elevation gain, taking roughly 1 hour and 10 minutes to complete. You'll enjoy a smooth singletrack winding through groves of trees and small meadows, often shaded, with the path arcing around the south and west sides of the North Fork main campground, providing a pleasant experience for all skill levels.
Starting from the South Entrance Parking Lot of North Fork Park, this trail is a fantastic option for family friendly North Ogden hiking. It's an easy four-season trail, even groomed for fat bikes in winter, so you can visit any time of year. You can choose to go clockwise or counterclockwise; going clockwise will introduce some steeper switchbacks on the western end, while counterclockwise starts on the Pipeline Trail for the first quarter mile.
What truly sets this trail apart is its exceptional suitability for adaptive trail users, making it a truly inclusive outdoor experience. It can be easily navigated by adaptive mountain bikes and GRIT Freedom chairs with assistance, ensuring that more people can enjoy the natural beauty of the area.
