2 reminder signs on the border post, which deal with the border between the Grand Duchy of Oldenburg and the Kingdom of Prussia. They stand on the access road to the Strandhalle Eckwarderhörne and on the crest of the dike. In memory of the so-called Preußen-Eck, which was created in 1853 as a result of the Jade Treaty between Prussia and Oldenburg. Ultimately, the entrance to the Jade was to be protected, which is why Prussia also received a 2.24 hectare piece of Eckwarderhörne, on which a house with eight inhabitants stood. This house last served as a post office.
