Mountain biking
Built on a headland called il-Ħamrija, the Jerma Palace Hotel first opened its doors in 1982 and transformed the once sleepy seaside village of Marsaskala into a popular tourist destination. It was the most elegant hotel in the south of Malta. After 25 years of operation, it was closed in 2007 and has since fallen into disrepair.
