    Hiking

This is a fun, often rocky trail through a deep canyon, with pretty Rock Creek as your company along the way. If you were to hike all the way to the end of the trail it's about 22 miles (35 km) round-trip, but you can turn it into whatever length of out-and-back you desire, or even link in with a side trail that passes near Crater Lake and Lookout Mountain.

    Running

If you like rocky trails, this is the place to be! It's almost all runnable, but you'll be navigating over sometimes rocky terrain as you go. Keep your wits about you, because there are sometimes sharp drop-offs and rockslides along the trail. You'll also see hikers and mountain bikers out here.
